When Athletic Director Pete Garcia announced that the deal is worth approximately $ 1.1 million, concerns that the former NBA All-Star’s salary would be too expensive for the budget were answered. Editor With many students spending late nights studying for exams during finals week, the Biscayne Bay Campus Office of Campus Life and Orientation is bringing students back to the ’80s. “We want to bring back all the cool stuff from the ’80s and bring you back to when you were a kid,” said Lorie Bellot, a graduate assistant who works on Campus Life. The breakfast will take place in Cafeteria Loggia, the space loocated behind the Wolfe University Center, on April 20. Leaf through it: Tree brochure released

The brochure, written by the Wertheim Conservatory Glasshouse Green House curator Scott Zona and Brad Bennett, an associate professor of biology, was released on Jan. 8. It includes a key to identify trees by major characters like leaf shape, leaf color and fruit on both campuses, as well as where they can be found and whether they are native or exotic.
