Four new additions coming to volleyball team

The FIU volleyball squad will have four new faces added to the roster in what is newly hired head coach Trevor Theroulde’s first recruiting class. Lucia Castro, Maryna Samoday, Kimberly Smith and Brittany Spencer will don the blue and gold this fall after signing National Letters of Intent.

FIU takes down Troy

With the Sun Belt Conference Championship underway, FIU started off on the right foot, beating Troy 4-1 in the opening round on Wednesday, May 9 in FAU Stadium.

The Panthers finished the year with a 27-25 record and went 15-9 in Sun Belt play.

Panthers finish season on high note heading into tournament play

On May 5, FIU closed the regular season on a high note beating FAU 2-0 on Senior night. With the win, the Panthers not only won the series but now enter the Sun Belt Tournament with a ton of momentum.
